Some of you may know ktav, others might not, but Kevin has been a member of our community beta testing Firefall for a very long time. His feedback and calm, logical thinking impressed the design team so much that they offered him a job on the team as an Associate Designer.

Congratulations, I'm a bit jealous but I'm sure you'll do a swell job. I've killed all chances for that to ever happen to me within this community due to the personality I have built out for "wFx" but I'm happy to see Red 5 Studios is giving dedicated and intelligent community members a better reasonto continue testing their products by hiring them.

And just so people know, the real reason he got hired is so the Red 5 dev team can have a chance in Firefall matches.

Probably should have hired Aluco then, that filthy hacker! :p

I think Red 5 is anti Recon, so that wouldn't fly.

I imagine that there's more to it than that, you probably also need some further education and you probably have to be unbelievably lucky. I think a more likely situation for people who post feedback is an NCO Position.

Hey, now you guys have a shot at winning if you should ever choose to do a community vs. dev team tournament again!

    Congrats, buddy

Yeah, there's a lot more to it, but it certainly opened that door as a possibility + luck + his own skills and personality.
