In protest of SOPA and in solidarity with other Internet properties, we will be going dark on January 18th. The website will be down and the beta will not take place.

Please take this time to write your congressman and senator to let them know how you feel about SOPA and PIPA .

    Some useful links:

If you are voting in the US (or are referring US voters) please send them here: https://action.eff.org/o/9042/p/dia/action/public/?action_KEY=8173

If you're not a US-citizen, but want to make YOUR voice directly heard, please go here: http://americancensorship.org/modal/state-dept-petition/index.html

You can also use Popvox to send a message to your Congressperson on your behalf:

By copying and pasting directly from another author, Fadedpez could cause this whole site to be blocked and redirected for copyright infringement! So use the links and tell your congresspeople to oppose SOPA and PIPA!

I thought everyone was going dark on January 22.... It would be rather awkward if someone got the date wrong, lol.

EDIT: Nevermind, it is the 18. I don't know how I got that confused. :(

Kay Baliey Hutchenson is never going to vote against that. We're republican traditionalist as hell. But I'm calling anyway.

Awesome to see some companies still have principles, red:red5: you truly amaze with the mentality you have.

I guess it's time to call Barbra Boxer. I like the fact that she is also using the same area code as my phone.

You may be SOL there... she's a co-sponsor of PIPA. Hopefully she gets enough calls that she'll pull out.

Yeah.... probably be falling upon def ears, but I might as well try.... or at least leave a scathing internet type of message.

Going to be interesting watching those uninformed go WHAT when the various sites go down. Hopefully this will provide more exposure, as this bill is barely getting covered by the mainstream media (because they support it duh).
